Today, me and my therapist discussed why I find it so comforting to appear small and wounded. (It was advantageous in the company of predators! ) On another note, last night I soothed by before-bed-mourning-terors by imagining myself as a lemming cuddled up in a den. If I turned into one on the spot, I'd live in the cupboard.

I just got the idea for this to the shower and I neeeeded to make it a reality. I think it looks pretty good. It gives me something I can update periodically and not feel pressure over making into "content". Just cute little personal life updates! I don't know WHAT I'm doing writing this while I'm partially nonverbal horfhorfhorf.
